Before use, lightly wet the surface of the skin on the neck.
Place the product around the neck, placing the electrodes against the skin, and adjust it.
Long press to turn it on (same to turn it off), then short press M to choose the mode (mode 1 when turning on and press again for mode 2 etc. (10 possible modes), then you have the possibility to change the intensity with the + and - buttons (16 levels)
If you change mode in the meantime, the intensity starts again from zero
There are 10 different modes that correspond to various types of massages felt:
Mode 1 : Automatic mode, Mode 2 : Finger pressure mode, Mode 3 : Kneading mode, Mode 4 : Pulse mode, Mode 5 : Hammering mode, Mode 6 : Soothing mode, Mode 7 : Fist pressure mode, Mode 8 : Massage mode, Mode 9 : Tapping mode, Mode 10 : Acupuncture mode. It is recommended not to start with the latter for the first time and to try the modes and powers until you find the one that suits you best.
